Even if they receive the request before HB closes no one will solve it until Monday Sep 12. They just said that they will handle it, on Friday afternoon on Sep 9. I then emailed HB customer support and told them exactly that and that the request needs to be sent by someone with the authority to enter the keys into their database. They said that the sales team can easily send more keys to HB, but they need to receive the request from HB first before they can do it.
HB was dragging their feet on getting it handled so I emailed Paradox Interactive's customer support to try to handle it myself.
